Information to the new joinees:

Any person joining Orange Auto is expected to work for a minimum period of 2 years.
Whenever any person want to leave the organisation, should a notice of 30 days.
Candidate should also give an assurance that he/she will work for a period of 2 years.
Candidate should be willing to join at any given branch in the same position, and should have no objection in internal transfer.
Office timings should be maintained perfectly.
Dress Code should maintain.
Accidental Insurance will be provided.
Should carry all valid vehicle documents and Helmet is compulsory for 2 wheel riders.
Should report to HOD or Manager about your daily activities.
Candidate will be able to join after he is thru in the interviews conducted by HR, HOD and Manager and the Resume is duly signed by the Managing Director.
Candidate should make his roles & responsibility, salary package, reporting branch and reporting person clear before joining the organisation.
Any employee completing his financial year of tenure is eligible for Bonus, Increments, Leave encashment and other benefits of the company.
Leaves should be applied in advance for approval unless for an emergency leave.
As a continues training process for updating special skills sales team and service teams will be given special training and certification from General Motors.
